I love to run anywhere life takes me—whether winding through quiet woods, cruising along random roads, or discovering new routes in unfamiliar places. Running is more than exercise; it’s my way of exploring, connecting, and recharging. Some days I enjoy the solitude of running alone, finding clarity in the rhythm of my stride. Other days, I thrive on the energy of running with friends or meeting new people who share my passion for the sport. Beyond my own miles, i find joy in supporting my daughter as she competes in cross country and track, cheering her on as she pushes herself and embraces the challenges of racing. For me, running is about more than pace or distance—it’s about the freedom of movement, the community it creates, and the simple love of putting one foot in front of the other wherever the road or trail may lead.
